Name

rops_dir - Calculate 1D rotationally averaged power spectra from image stacks saved in a directory, and save 1 dimentional power spectra in the speficied directory in SPIDER text format.

Usage

• rops_dir(indir, output_dir)

Input

indir

directory contains stack files.

output_dir

1dpw2 text files. The default value is "1dpw2_dir"
