find_inplane_to_match - Find the z rotation such that ZA RA is as close as possible to RB: the rotation ZA maximizes the trace of ( RBT ZA RA) = trace(ZA RA RBT)

- z-angle, tilt = find_inplane_to_match(phiA,thetaA,phiB,thetaB,psiA=0,psiB=0)
